Get up and GO show

I “grew up” (a term I use cautiously) in a hole-in-the-woods community on Cape Breton Island. My first introduction to rock music was The Tragically Hip's self-titled EP. From there I was hooked. It opened the floodgates of rock music with Poison, Motley Crue, Ozzy, and Metallica.

I could keep listing bands, but I'd be here way too long.

Jump forward a few years and several jobs, I somehow managed to charm my way into radio on the promotions team. After slingin’ shirts and stickers, I got a shot on air. The rest as they say is history.

A few things I enjoy in my spare time are playing guitar, writing songs, home brewing, cooking (I was a chef for 7 years), and video games.
