Born and raised in the woods of Cape Breton, Sheilah has been places and done stuff. A video editor by trade, she has worked in television, radio and corporate communications over the last **redacted** years.

Her jams include artists such as Alice Cooper, Bon Jovi, The Band, The Carpenters, The Muppets and The Rankins. 300 hundred years ago she’d have been labeled a witch, 100 years ago, a spinster but today Sheilah is just a single lady who openly talks to her dog and cat.

And she would absolutely choose the bear.
